Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website, at gix-internet.com (the “Website”), is operated by Gix Internet Ltd., an Israeli company (“Gix”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Gix Internet Ltd. is the controller of the limited personal data described below.

For the purpose of this policy, Personal Data means any information that can be used, alone or together with other data, to identify a natural person.

2. What we collect

We do not ask you for anything. The Website has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no downloads behind a form, no account, and no login. There is nothing on it for you to fill in.

The only Personal Data that arises is:

• Server logs. Like any web server, the infrastructure that serves this site records technical details of each request — IP address, the page requested, date and time, browser and operating system identifiers, and the referring page. These are generated automatically by our hosting provider and are used to operate and secure the site, diagnose faults and detect abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you or to identify you.
• Accessibility preferences. If you change a setting in the accessibility controls, your choice is stored in your own browser using localStorage under the key gix-a11y, so the site remembers it on your next visit. It stays on your device. It is never transmitted to us, and it holds nothing that identifies you. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

This Website sets no cookies. None for analytics, advertising, personalisation or session management. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The accessibility setting described above uses localStorage, which is not a cookie: it is never sent with a request and we cannot read it.

4. Analytics, advertising and third-party scripts

There are none. No analytics platform, no tag manager, no advertising or social-media pixel, no session recording, no chat widget, no third-party fonts. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font service. Loading a page on this site causes your browser to contact this domain and nothing else.

5. Market data

Share-price information shown on the Website is retrieved by our server from a public market-data source and then rendered into the page. Your browser does not contact that source and no information about you is sent to it.

6. How we share Personal Data

We do not sell, rent or trade Personal Data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. The server logs described above are held by our hosting provider acting on our behalf. Beyond that, we disclose Personal Data only where we are required to by law, a regulator or a court, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

7. Where data is processed

We are an Israeli company, and the Website is hosted in the United States. Server logs are therefore processed outside Israel and outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data of individuals in the EEA or the United Kingdom is involved, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.

8. Retention

Server logs are retained only for as long as they are useful for operating and securing the site, and are then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course by our hosting provider. Accessibility preferences are not retained by us at all — they are on your device and under your control.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what Personal Data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Israel, that is the Privacy Protection Authority.

In practice, we hold almost nothing that identifies you, and we have no way to link a server log to you by name. If you contact us to exercise a right, we may need enough information to locate the relevant records — and if we cannot identify you in our data, we will tell you so rather than ask for more.

10. Children

The Website is aimed at investors and business audiences. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from them.

11. Links to other sites

The Website links to sites we do not operate, including our investor relations pages hosted by our IR provider, the Nasdaq and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange websites, the SEC's EDGAR system, deliverz.ai and Quantum X Labs. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site, subject to their privacy practices and not to this policy. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Our investor relations pages in particular are hosted by a third-party provider and may set cookies or collect data under their own terms.

12. Security

The Website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data described here, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If the Website ever adds a form, an analytics tool or a cookie, this policy will be updated before or at the same time — the statements above are meant to be accurate on the day you read them, not aspirational.
